What we collect

• Newsletter / readiness email — email address and optional tags/metadata (e.g. readiness score) when you subscribe
• Basic server logs — IP, user agent, and request paths as processed by our hosting provider (Vercel)
• Analytics — only if we enable a privacy-respecting analytics tool later; this policy will be updated first

How we use data

To send the FDE brief, improve content, prevent abuse, and respond to contact requests. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Email may be processed by Buttondown, Resend, or Beehiiv depending on configuration. Hosting is on Vercel. Their privacy terms apply to data they process on our behalf.
